Donate Today Our Work Empowering Change for Good The Kalamazoo Foundation for Excellence is empowering change for good. Since a landmark announcement in 2017 the tax burden for all property tax payers has been reduced by 38 seven city parks have been renovated and revitalized 11 million has been invested to start or grow small businesses and 600 homes have been built or rehabilitated and preserved. Hundreds of kids have benefited from enriching youth programs for free including youth employment and training opportunities and free summer camps plus free transportation via the Youth Mobility Fund.
