Join us Wednesday, June 25, for a book launch, reading and discussion with Rahim Thawer, author of "The Mental Health Guide for Cis & Trans Gay Guys." Thawer's book offers a safe, inclusive space to examine, understand, and heal from systemic and interpersonal threats to mental well-being. WNCAP's own Director of Prevention Raymond Velazquez-Turner will be leading a discussion of Thawer's book. The book reading and discussion, while focusing on queer mens' mental health, will provide helpful information for people of all genders as well as individuals with queer family members, loved ones, friends, and neighbors.
