Friends of Salmon Bay | The parent/teacher organization for Salmon Bay K-8 Friends of Salmon Bay The parentteacher organization for Salmon Bay K8 Welcome. Friends of Salmon Bay FOSB pronounced FOZZbee is the parentteacher organization for Salmon Bay K8 School in Seattle. All adults in our school community parents guardians staff teachers are automatically FOSB members with an equal voice and vote no application to fill out no dues to pay. If you have a student enrolled at Salmon Bay we invite you to participate in FOSB to support our school.
