We are a unique community foundation providing responsive solutions for our neighbors in need. We address food insecurity provide health wellness resources support nonprofit capacity building and help build community leadership among people of color. We empower individuals and families to gain a hand up not a hand out.

🌄 Leveraging Local Leaders (L3) is a program dedicated to recruiting and training a diverse group of pragmatic leaders for civic involvement. Civically minded local leaders are selected to take part in the cohort which will run through June 2025. The L3 program teaches participants about the fundamentals of campaigning, civic and governmental processes, community and policy issues, and the essentials of good governance.
