YBA Curriculum Students learn soft skills career development financial literacy and entrepreneurship in a classroom setting Speakers Students are connected with industry professionals from the community weekly Field Trips Students get to observe the behindthescenes operations of companies and small businesses The Youth Business Alliance was formed in 2012 and provides a yearlong fourpart course to high school youth. In the YBA program students learn soft skills workforce readiness financial literacy and entrepreneurship skills to prepare them for their career trajectories.
