In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, Amazon employees volunteered at our John F. Beecher Clubhouse for a heartwarming day of learning and connection. Volunteers read a book focused on understanding sadness and emotions, sparking conversations with the kids about their own experiences and how they navigate tough feelings. After the reading, each member received their own copy of the book, fun stickers, and got creative by coloring their very own bookmark. It was a powerful reminder that talking about our emotions is the first step to understanding them.
