About Y2Y Harvard Square New Haven Get Involved News More 150 Young adults in Greater Boston don39t know where they are going to sleep tonight. ABOUT Y2Y Y2Y Network is building studentled programming to interrupt the cycle of homelessness for a generation of young adults. Y2Y Network employs a youthtoyouth model to provide a safe and affirming environment for young adults 1824 experiencing homelessness. SUPPORT OUR WORK We know that we need a broad coalition of supporters to help us break the cycles of homelessness and realize a world where no young person goes unhoused.
