ABOUT Y2Y Y2Y Network is building studentled programming to interrupt the cycle of homelessness for a generation of young adults. Y2Y Network employs a youthtoyouth model to provide a safe and affirming environment for young adults 1824 experiencing homelessness. SUPPORT OUR WORK We know that we need a broad coalition of supporters to help us break the cycles of homelessness and realize a world where no young person goes unhoused.
