Now, for the first time ever, the City of Tacoma is proposing a long-term land use plan to shape the future of this area—and your voice is critical. Two key upcoming meetings: 🔹 Informational Meeting – May 28 at 6 PM (Zoom) Learn what’s in the draft Tideflats Subarea Plan and how to submit feedback that counts. 🔹 Public Hearing – June 4 at 6 PM (Hybrid) Attend in person or via Zoom to provide public comment on the Draft Subarea Plan, Planned Action Ordinance, and proposed zoning and shoreline code changes.
