Hope's Bridge TN – Every child deserves to be loved, feel loved, and belong! Every child deserves to be loved feel loved and belong. Beginnings. Hopes Bridge started as a referral ministry which would find Christcentered home study approved families who were willing to open their homes and their hearts to displaced children. When Children Services would call for a referral Hopes Bridge would offer the best candidate for each placement.
