Twin Cities Ministries Discipleship Home and Transition Ministry Our Discipleship Homes are transitional home programs that provide an environment of gospel transformation for those who seek to overcome substance abuse crime and other alienating behaviors. We Believe True and longterm transformation is possible only through the Spiritempowered Gospel of Jesus Christ working through local churches. Formerly incarcerated individuals experience homelessness at a rate almost 13x the general population. Safe and stable housing is essential to the longterm success of people leaving a life marked by substance abuse and incarceration.
