Noah's Arks Rescue WHO WE ARE Meet RINGO SMALL TERRIER MIX COLUMBIA SC. I received a text from Animal Control at Columbia Animal Care Services begging for help with a oneyearold 15 lb. terrier mix that had been run over. Animal Control was very specific in letting me know that this sweet pup was not just hit but was run over.
