What is Lupus. Zenays OPEN LETTER God has blessed me with the opportunity to create a foundation that will give hope and aid to others. I consider myself a Prisoner of Hope and it has served me well. I have a mission which is to help others believe in themselves and achieve their goals despite having a chronic illness.
