Follow Us Reflective Insulation Manufacturers Association International RIMAI Who We Are RIMAI is a worldwide nonprofit industry association that provides reliable research information and resources on the use and benefits of reflective insulation radiant barriers and interior radiation control coatings IRCCs Building Codes RIMA International began in 1978 with a small group of reflective manufacturing companies coming together to get reflectives into the building codes. The codes have changed dramatically over the years and the importance of our presence within the codes is stronger than ever. As the voice of the reflective insulation radiant barrier and IRCC industries it is critical and priority one for RIMAI to be active within the codes working both offensively and defensively on behalf of the industry. RIMAI has established the Advanced Building Code Coalition ABCC to build support and to work together within the codes.
