The State Organization For Marylands Court Appointed Special Advocates Advocate To Change A Childs Story OUR MISSION To provide statewide support for local CASA programs serving abused and neglected children through public awareness education and collaborative advocacy. IMPACT BY THE NUMBERS The children are the biggest reward. I have been assigned seven children in need of assistance over eleven years and they all have one thing in common they are all in need of love.
