Working with education partners local government and community organizations we are breaking down barriers to careers and opening the door wider to local talent. We are creating new more accessible pathways to indemand jobs and closing the gap between the classroom and the workplace. As a collective we have committed to hiring 100000 lowincome New Yorkers by 2030 including 25000 graduates from the City University of New York CUNY.
