We broke ground on Cherry Street Commons! 🏗️🚧 In partnership with HIP Housing and the City of San Carlos, Eden Housing is proud to kick off construction on this 33-unit affordable housing community for low-income households and families. Cherry Street Commons will transform a 6-unit apartment building and vacant city-owned lot into a vibrant, multi-family community, bringing over five times the number of affordable homes to this infill site. With vacant land becoming increasingly rare in densely populated cities throughout the Peninsula, this project is a shining example of what’s possible when cities prioritize housing solutions. We can’t wait to welcome families to their new homes in San Carlos, the City of Good Living, in 2026.
