IOOFWI Welcome. Welcome to the Independent Order of Odd Fellows of Wisconsin web site. We have been a part of the communities of Wisconsin since 1835 thirteen years before Wisconsin became a state. In 18th century England it was odd to find people organized for the purpose of giving aid to those in need and of pursuing projects for the benefit of all mankind.
