📚✨ Volunteers Needed – Read With Kids. ✨📚 Our Read With Kids program starts at the end of September, and we’re looking for enthusiastic weekly volunteers to join us. Washtenaw Promise, in partnership with the Children’s Literacy Network, helps children ages 3–6 build early literacy skills through fun, one-on-one and small group reading time.

📚 We’re excited for the start of another year of our Read With Kids program. This year, our amazing volunteers will once again be at Ford and Perry Early Learning Centers in Ypsilanti, helping kindergarteners build strong reading skills and a lifelong love of books. 📖 We’ll be there every morning from 8:30–9:15 am, Monday through Friday—and we’d be thrilled for you to join us in making a difference in the lives of young children.
