Chip Hale Center Main Menu Links Menu The Chip Hale Center has been designated as a 3star agency for 2012 by the Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities DIDD. DIDD reviews the agencys programs level of performance and quality of services and support provided to the individuals. In order to be a 3star agency The Chip Hale Center maintained the achievement of a performance rating of Proficient on Quality Assurance surveys for two consecutive years. Our mission is to improve the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by providing every person opportunities to become contributing citizens in their community and participate in all aspects of life.
