Waynesboro Area Refuge Ministry Founded in 2011 WARM organizes a cold weather shelter as well as transitional housing and outreach programs. Our staff and partners provide a vital service to those who are homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness in Waynesboro and Augusta County Virginia. In honor of Memorial Day, WARM’s offices will be closed today as we remember and pay tribute to the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. We will resume normal operations tomorrow. Wishing everyone a safe and meaningful day of remembrance.
