Downtown Castle Rock Home Events Programs Projects Downtown Alliance Accessibility Statement More CREATING AND MAINTAINING A VIBRANT DOWNTOWN CASTLE ROCK DOWNTOWN ALLIANCE DOWNTOWN MERCHANTS ASSOCIATION The Downtown Merchants Association DMA is a nonprofit organization with a 7 member board made up of Downtown business owners and property owners. The DMA has a membership of roughly 160 Downtown businesses. Their role is to function as the collective voice of Downtown businesses and to organize and produce the events aimed at bringing visitors into historic Downtown Castle Rock in order to increase commerce for Downtown businesses and create a sense of community in the center of Castle Rock. DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY The Downtown Development Authority DDA is a quasigovernmental entity that functions as an extension of the Town guided by a 7 member board that is appointed by Town Council.
