Dawn Harrington, Executive Director of Free Hearts, Director of Special Projects for the National Council for Incarcerated and Formerly Incarcerated Women and Girls, and Advisory Board Chair of Unheard Voices Outreach, has dedicated her life to reuniting families, strengthening communities, and centering the voices of those most impacted by incarceration. What makes Dawn remarkable is not just her titles or her accomplishments—but her heart.
