Welcome to the IC3 Institute About The IC3 Institute is a missiondriven nonprofit that brings together high schools colleges and universities and industry to ensure early access to career and college counseling paving the path for students college readiness workforce preparedness and career success. The IC3 Institute helps schools with a variety of priorities including establishing a counseling office training human resources and providing access to a repository of remote training and professional development resources. Empower IC3 Institutes oneyear flagship program Empower is designed for fulltime high school counselors and teachers the program is at no cost and structured in four distinct oneweek modules. It is delivered inperson at designated locations and virtually via live stream over one year supplemented with selfstudy materials and video conference sessions IC3 Institute Highlights Graduates Students Impacted Countries Represented Schools Represented infoic3institute.
