Home | Boulder Emergency Squad Volunteer Technical Rescue Professionals Founded in 1963 BES is a Colorado memberowned 501c3 nonprofit entity. BES is 100 volunteer. The primary source of funding is the Boulder County Commissioners. BES is the primary dive rescue agency for Boulder County and works closely with the Sheriffs department EMS and firerescue agencies providing mutualaid support for a variety of technical rescue incidents and emergency situations.
