Nannette Gibson’s legacy will forever be woven into the fabric of LDF. A lifelong advocate for racial justice, she dedicated her life to empowering marginalized communities. Nannette joined the LDF Board of Directors in 1989 and, for decades, played a vital role in fundraising and development efforts that sustained our mission. Her leadership helped power the fight for racial justice through strategic fundraising and governance. We are deeply grateful for Nannette’s unwavering commitment to racial and social justice.
