We believe all children in the Bay Area regardless of socioeconomic status deserve a welcoming school library with new culturally relevant pleasure reading books to discover a love of reading. By the Numbers Since 2016 our nonprofit has been busy bringing literacy to children one library at a time 85380 Books Given 40820 Children Served 1746 Volunteers Engaged 20 Libraries Refurbished Donate Support the work of Access Books Bay Area to bridge the literacy gap for Bay Area children living in poverty.
