AND MISSION We are dedicated to empowering atrisk transitionage adults by providing them with the tools necessary to thrive independently. We achieve this through a collaborative approach that combines life skills training with compassionate support in a welcoming and encouraging environment.

Feeling grateful to have attended the 3rd Annual Convening of SFV Nonprofits and Foundations this week. It was an inspiring day of connection, collaboration, and meaningful conversations about the evolving landscape of the nonprofit sector. Huge thanks to Valley Nonprofit Resources and Community Foundation of the Valleys for bringing together such a passionate and impactful group of organizations.
