Congressional Update George Breece founding Executive Director of the National Association for the Advancement of Orthotics and Prosthetics announced today he will be retiring at the end of 2025 after 38 years at the helm of NAAOP. Inspired in his childhood by two members of his family who lived with limb loss George has never stopped putting the OP patient first in his service to NAAOP a national trade association of OP practitioners clinics manufacturers and suppliers. In a brief retirement announcement George thanks many leaders in the OP profession who have enabled NAAOP to thrive over nearly four decades in advocating for OP policy issues in Washington DC and in several states.
