Welcome to the International Society for Research on IdentityISRI. Our Society was formed from a group of scholars who began meeting together in the 1990s who then founded the Society for Research on Identity Formation SRIF in 2000. We changed our name in 2015 and expanded this website to reflect the expanding interest in multidisciplinary identity scholarship that is now worldwide.
