At our core NeighborWorks Southern New Hampshire helps to improve household financial stability through a focus on quality sustainable housing. Where We Serve Our footprint in the state encompasses 31 communities in southern New Hampshire for affordable rental housing and expands to a total of 81 New Hampshire communities for homeownership and financial wellness education programs and services from the states southern border to the Lakes Region.
