The Grove Trail leads to land formerly owned by Herbert and Donna Shaw, who sold the Park the first strip of land that gave access from U.S. 1 to the Park. The 1/2-mile Grove Trail winds through the hardwood hammock. The Grove has been replanted with tropical fruit trees, as originally planted by early pioneers in Key Largo. (fb)
