Our brochure starts with the following question:What do Jewish Art, the Talmud, and Music have in common?  The answer we give is that       ….they are all at Rimon.  Rimon, which is open to the entire community, is a Center for Jewish education, arts, and religion. It was founded, by Livia Mezrich, with the belief that the best response to the holocaust of 6 million Jews in Europe is to strengthen our connection to the strong Jewish culture and heritage that existed in Europe before WW II. By so doing we connect to our past, affirm the lives and values of those who perished, and strengthen our future. We believe that this is best accomplished through different modalities, such as art, music, language, text study, film, and religious programming.
