Founders Scholarship Fund Mission Statement Founders Scholarship Fund of Club Pelican Bay has stayed true to its mission since 1991 to provide financial assistance to young men and women from Collier County in their pursuit of post high school education and training. Over 6. 5 million dollars has been awarded to over 825 local students from Collier County FL high schools who have demonstrated both the need and the outstanding merit required to receive the scholarship award from Founders Scholarship Fund. Endowment Fund Founders Scholarship Fund endowment was formed in 2015 to help create sustainability for the organization.
