TRS News TRS with CSRO sends letter to the state legislature regarding SB 1414federal 340B drug pricing program The Tennessee Rheumatology Society TRS and Coalition of State Rheumatology Organizations CSRO sent a letter to the Tennessee legislature expressing concerns regarding SB 1414 which would address aspects of the federal 340B drug pricing program. SB 1414 would enable greater expansion of contract pharmacies within the 340B program without any oversight to ensure that underserved patients actually receive discounted medications from the contract pharmacies associated with DSHs.
