Donors of Color Action Donors of Color Action Action was formed to leverage high net worth donors of color as a force for creating systemic racial equity. Systemic change requires flexible funding to build power in the political space and to engage in advocacy work that creates change for and accountability to communities of color. Donors of Color Action will engage our national network of high net wealth donors of color organizers and philanthropic professionals to use both their resources and their influence in the political space where our communities are most often underrepresented. This underrepresentation results in racial disparity through policy and decisionmaking and our interests will be reflected only when we are able to stand strong in those spaces.
