Its About Relationships Our role at the Middle Park Medical Foundation is to reinforce the relationship between the community and the hospitals organization by raising funds for programs that advance services capabilities and capacities. Spotlight Initiative Fraser Campus Fraser Campus Campaign A new Fraser facility will bring new healthcare horizons to Grand County through expanded healthcare economic benefits and autonomy. Donations are eligible for up to a 25 tax credit. Impact Middle Park Medical Foundation funds staff education equipment and community health wellness programs and continues to seek meaningful ways to further support advances in clinical excellence at Middle Park Health.
