The Decibels Foundation for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children Access to Language The Decibels Foundation supports and empowers Deaf and hard of hearing children and their families from infancy through high school. Access to language The Decibels Foundation supports and empowers Deaf and hard of hearing children and their families from infancy through high school. Early Intervention The Decibels Foundation collaborated with Minute Man Arc Early Intervention to develop the first Deaf and hard of hearing program outside of Boston for children ages 03 and their families. School Support Our educational Transition Specialist works with children and families as they move up from Early Intervention into preschool with support continuing through high school.
