Invitation to Bid: Remodeling of Piikani Lodge Health Institute Offices Piikani Lodge Health Institute is seeking qualified contractors to submit bids for the remodeling of our office facilities. This project includes the construction of a new deck, roof repairs, new flooring, and other necessary renovations determined with the contractor to enhance our operational efficiency and improve the overall environment for our staff and clients. Project Scope: -Design and construction of a new deck -Roof repairs and upgrades including gutter repairs as needed -Add and/or move gutter downspouts to manage water pooling near the house -Interior renovations to optimize office space -Removing old carpet and replacing with new flooring -Fresh paint throughout the entire upstairs of the house -Fresh paint throughout the entire downstairs of the house including basement sealer -Removal of all old and ruined insulation from the basement -Removal of all old materials from the basement down to the studs -Possible mold remediation -Egress windows in basement -Grading and gravel layer sloping away from the house for moisture management -Duct work removed or redone -Add fireplace damper and inspect/clean fireplace for safety -Review and remedy potential electrical and plumbing hazards -Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations Bid Requirements: Bidders must submit the following: -Completed bid -Detailed project timeline -Itemized cost breakdown -Proof of insurance and bonding Bid Submission Details: -Deadline for bids: July 18, 2025 -Submit bids to: Coy Harwood, charwood@piikanilodge.

The In-Field Technician position in Browning, Montana, is a seasonal position starting wage $25 30-40hrs a week. Season runs to October 17, 2025. The position involves - Working with the PLHI ag team and the Blackfeet agriculture community to grow regenerative agriculture programs -The primary responsibilities include supporting producers in the Piikani Lodge regenerative grazing program -planning and implementing field practices -participating in rancher intake and assessment -setting up monitoring plans, and managing equipment inventory.
