We are a nonprofit with the goal of helping underprivileged children via education direct financial aid. ABOUT US Ascendant Charity Foundation ACF a 501c3 nonprofit based in Beaverton OR was founded in 2022 by two Asian immigrants Long Tuan. The founders were the first generation in their families to obtain a college education and achieve the American dream. Their mission is to give back by aiding underprivileged children in obtaining an education and achieving success in life.
