effervescent genrebusting NPR All Things Considered Announcing Our 20th Season Communities NOW Ensemble is embarking on a project that celebrates community developing deeper partnerships in places where members of the ensemble live and have close community ties. We will collaborate with composers and institutions based in the communities we visit through performance community engagement and educational opportunities. Throughout the season NOW Ensemble is emphasizing collaborative projects that touch local populations especially those traditionally underserved by live musicmaking opportunities.
