AAICAMA | Permanency Matters AAICAMA Association of Administrators of the Interstate Compact on Adoption and Medical Assistance Permanency Matters AAICAMA is an incorporated nonprofit organization which establishes rules and policies applies for grants authorizes expenditures and contracts for services in behalf of its member states. To increase ICAMA System functionality and expand stakeholder relationships to improve the quality of permanency. All children and youth served by the Interstate Compact on Adoption and Medical Assistance will receive the support services needed to strengthen families and promote permanency.
