Making A Positive Impact Through The Arts Making A Positive Impact Through The Arts Over 42000 students served in Union County through UCCACs Arts in Education programs. Over 140000 Union County residents benefit from UCCAC community arts programs and services. Over 175000 was awarded to artists organizations schools and community programs over the past year. Arts Education A Major Component To Our Cause Arts Education A Major Component To Our Cause Students in all Union County elementary middle and high schools receive cultural arts programs that enhance North Carolina curriculum guidelines and serve students by promoting character and moral development creative thinking fluency and provide tools and strategies that help contribute to a lifetime of interpersonal skills.
