District Governor Update Paul Harris is quoted as sayingFriendship knows no bounds it surmounts all barriers it navigates all seas. For me all the work we do in Rotary the projects the community events the fun Fundraisers the work we do in all our seven areas of focus and the help we lendto others through bettering mental health in our communities is really the building of friendships. That is why our District theme for this year is Building Better Friendships. This theme reminds us of the lasting impact we have on others through our Service and Fellowship.
