NYPCHP was incorporated under the New York state not-for-profit corporation law for the purpose of development and formation of a special purpose Medicaid prepaid health services organization, and to own, operate, manage, and provide comprehensive prepaid health services on a contractual basis to an enrolled population substantially comprised of medial assistance recipients of the medical assistance program.
