Rocky Mountain Rescue recently partnered with Flight For Life Colorado and Med Evac for a joint lift ticket training exercise. These collaborative trainings between our agencies and the Boulder County Sheriff's Office to ensure smooth coordination between ground and air teams during technical evacuations utilizing helicopters in challenging mountain environments. Last weekend we had our bi-annual gear inspection “party”, where we make sure that everything is ready to go for the busy season ahead. It takes 30 people about 4 hours to inspect all of the equipment. We recommend regularly checking all of your safety equipment to make sure it is in good condition and within the manufacture’s recommended lifespan. (fb)
