Supporting Mountain Communities Via began serving the mountain communities around Boulder in 1980. We now serve dozens of communities in eight Colorado counties. Via is a Crisis Responder Via becomes a second responder for Boulder County evacuating residents from floods and wildfires and providing support with other emergencies. Partnerships Broaden Vias Reach Via operates a dozen public transit services including the City of Boulders HOP.
