Scholarships High school graduates who are in the opinion of the Trustees deserving and in need of financial assistance in obtaining a college education or specialized education of the kind furnished by technical schools are eligible to apply. In selecting scholarship recipients the Trustees in accord with the requirements established by the will shall give first preference to the residents of the town of Wilton Connecticut and second preference to residents of surrounding towns. Community Grants Municipal religious charitable benevolent or educational organizations or corporations as determined by the Trustees are eligible to apply for grants.
