TSA has Walking Soccer every Tuesday. Walking soccer (aka modified soccer) is a lower-impact adaptation that makes soccer accessible for anyone, including players recovering from injury or ANYONE 18+ wanting a less demanding way to stay active and socialize. Don’t let the name fool you - in a recent scrimmage, we tracked mileage, and an hour-long scrimmage logged over two miles.
