NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF COMMUNITY
Join us August 13-14 at Minnesota State University Moorehead for a two-day immersive experience in the Circle Process, a powerful restorative practice rooted in Indigenous wisdom and used around the world to build connection, trust and healing. Facilitated by NACRJ Executive Director Joel Friesz and NACRJ Program Coordinator and member of the Gila River Indian Community (Akimel O’odham, “River People”) Amanda Mitchell, this experience is designed for those who are new to Circle, curious about its potential, or seeking to deepen their relationship with the practice. Over the two days, participants will explore the foundational elements of the process that help create a space rooted in empathy, understanding, and trust.
