2024 Winter Homeless Outreach TO REPORT A HOMELESS VETERANRapid Response Team9085091462 2024 WINTER HOMELESS OUTREACH CAMPAIGN September through February OPERATION CHILLOUT invites you to support our annual winter campaign drive which funds our 24Hour Hotline and Rapid Response Team as they respond to daily referrals of homeless veterans in crisis. Additionally we are seeking sponsors to collect warm winter clothing for homeless veterans men and women. Winter gear survival backpacks will be distributed throughout NJ and eastern PA during the coldest weeks of winter. UPDATE All empty backpacks have been filled.
